Do you offer one-off treatments and ongoing plans?

Yes. Some issues are best handled as a one-off job, while others benefit from scheduled visits and monitoring. We will recommend the lighter option if it is enough.

Are your treatments safe for children and pets?

We explain the treatment type, any preparation needed, and when areas can be safely re-entered. If the site has specific sensitivities, we plan around them from the start.

Can you work with restaurants, offices, and property managers?

Yes. We handle residential jobs as well as scheduled pest management for F&B, hospitality, offices, warehouses, and managed properties.

How quickly can someone get back to me?

During business hours we aim to respond quickly for new inspections, and urgent infestations are prioritised when technician availability allows.

Do I need an inspection before treatment?

Not always. Some situations are obvious enough to quote quickly, but inspections are helpful when the pest source, extent of activity, or building conditions are unclear.

Can you help reduce the chance of pests coming back?

Yes. We include prevention advice based on the site, such as moisture control, storage changes, waste handling, proofing entry points, and follow-up scheduling where needed.
